Underground Dance Crew Show

Mike's sister, Charly, choreographed and performed several incredible dances for the Underground Dance Crew show, held at the U!  Mike, his dad, and I got to watch the dance show, and we were all quite impressed with how well done it was.  Glad we got to see what Charly does!  I know she has spent countless hours preparing for the event, so we were glad we could support her and come watch.  It was an entertaining show!

Bonsai Trees!

I LOVE living so close to Red Butte Gardens. They have some of the most amazing plants. I've always been fascinated by bonsai trees, so when they had them on display, I decided we should go!

Soccer

I'm officially a soccer mom.  I have two soccer player girls.  It is fun for the girls to get to be involved in an activity like soccer.  They make friends and learn a new game, and get some energy out.  I will say though, that rules seem to be nonexistent at this age level.  But it makes me happy to get to watch them play.

The girls actually did make it in the goal a couple of times, which was quite a shock to me, considering we have never played soccer before.  Glad they get to experience soccer :)

Easter Fun!

I pulled out the fancy camera because I knew Easter = adorable kid photos.  The U of U had an amazing, and more importantly, FREE, event on campus for families to come attend, complete with pony rides and all.  We invited Sara and Matthew, and had a blasty blast!  We even made homemade mac 'n cheese and brought it for a picnic.  We went shopping before so that the girls could pick out their Easter outfits.  They were so excited to get to wear their new clothes.  Beautiful day!
