The long dreaded, long anticipated, long awaited day has arrived! School started up again. And this means McKel, my baby girl, starts kindergarten. What?!! McKel has been asking for probably the last couple of years when she finally gets to start kindergarten. As the day approached, her excitement turned to fear and anxiety. She was very nervous about it and constantly asks about things like what if the teacher gives too much homework, or what if she won't know where to go?
I am not worried. McKel always does just fine making friends. She has a fun loving personality and has always been able to make friends easily. Plus she already knows several children from her time at the ECEC daycare. Avril has promised to keep an eye out for her little sis.
