With soccer winter program being over now, I was looking for a new extracurricular activity for a couple of cutie pie girls to participate in. With a little internet googling, I discovered a local ballet class for kids not too far from our house. The girls and I had a blast finding ballet clothes for their first day of class!
McKel wasn't sure what to think, and was reluctant to join in her class on the first day, so they teacher let Avril do the class with her, which made all the difference. McKel adores her big sis. She is actually very coordinated and skilled at most anything at all active, but lacks the attention span to master techniques. She is all about fun!
During Avril's class, right after, McKel had just as much fun playing with exercise balls in the hall while waiting for her sister to finish. Avril was very attentive and anxious to learn, to become the next prima ballerina. I was such a proud mommy, watching my girls learn to dance!! :)
