The girls absolutely love playing soccer. Unfortunately, there are so many activities that they love, it has me running around like a crazy woman trying to get them to all their activities. We have soccer, gymnastics, piano, t-ball, and ballet...
How do I do it? I don't know. I am running all around and I don't think I can maintain this level of activity so we will have to cut some activities out, sadly. I so want to give them all these experiences but it is just a LOT for little old me!
Enough about that... the girls do love soccer. McKel is AMAZING, and totally kicks some major booty out there. The coach even told her dad and I that she should sign with a more professional team. She is just a natural athlete. She typically is one of the few kids that even score during the game.
Avril enjoys soccer, I think, for the social aspect. She likes to see all her friends from school there, and she enjoys doing cartwheels on the field. She actually is pretty good as well, just not as die-hard serious about it as McKel. McKel takes the game very seriously and is very passionate about winning.
It is fun to watch the two of them out there, and see their very different, wonderful personalities shine through as they play.
