While we are living in our tiny little duplex, we obviously don't have a lot of space, which makes for entertaining guests a little difficult. Still, sometimes we try. I knew it had been awhile since we'd had a gathering of friends/family, so I thought a little party would be fun to celebrate Mike's birthday. I made Mike prepare the food for his own party :) We had a bar-b-que dinner, and yummy cake, of course!
Mike makes the 40's look good :) Mike always likes to point out that you are actually completing that many years, and beginning the next year. So he says he is 41, but he is actually starting his 42nd year. Makes it a little more depressing. Nevertheless, he is a handsome, fit, amazing dad, and I'm happy he is joining me on this adventure called life.
